Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged Products

Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Contact the wholesale support manager at 1-888-464-4856 or email support@metrob2b.com. We will either exchange the product or you can select credit to be issued to your account, to use towards future orders.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturers defect, contact the wholesale support manager at 1-888-464-4856 or email support@metrob2b.com. We will exchange the product within 1 year from date of purchase.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been submitted, you must contact Wholesale Support at 1-888-464-4856 to cancel or change it. We are unable to honor customer requests to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process. However, we will always do our best to accommodate change requests, however we can’t guarantee it because we ship extremely fast.

DVD Return Policy

• DVDs $1.50 or less (Grab-Bags, Spindles, Single sku DVDs $1.50 or less) o No returns

• DVDs $1.50 or more (All titles – DVDs $1.50 or more)

o $50.00 or less – Return of product IS NOT necessary
▪ Metro will automatically approve the credit in our system

• Credit will be immediately applied to account o $50.00 or more (All titles) – Return of product IS necessary

▪ Retail partner request RA from Metro for return of goods • Retail partner pays return freight

▪ Metro wholesale will audit, and inspect the return for defective and damaged goods

  • Metro will immediately apply merchandise credit on the account for all defective and damaged goods, no questions asked.

  • Metro will immediately apply freight credit for the return freight amount our retail partner incurred on returning the defective and damaged goods.

o Any DVD/titles that are returned but NOT damaged or defective will be returned into Metro inventory.
